Tri-County Association for the Blind is the primary provider of services for blindness prevention and direct services to blind and low-vision individuals in the Cumberland, Dauphin and Perry County area.  The services we provide include: employment of people with disabilities, access technology training and evaluation, social services, radio reading and prevention of blindness program.
