Rejoice! Inc. is a non-profit foster care and adoption agency founded in 1998 by two Christian African American women.

Our mission is to educate and support families, promote the adoption of all children (including teenagers in the welfare system), and to keep sibling groups together.  We seek to secure families that represent the diversity of the children we serve and who will nurture and enhance their overall well-being. 

With a commitment to cooperative linkages in the home, community, and other facets of a child's life, we seek to protect and preserve their cultural, spiritual, emotional, and social development.

Our staff has personal experiences with adoption and/or foster care.  We care about the entire family and have provided support services for all.
